NG-NUITY provides engineering, consulting, and maintenance services, including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, painting, construction, and inspection support.
2. Quotations & Payments
- All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- Payment terms will be outlined in individual agreements or invoices.
- Late payments may incur additional charges.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information and necessary access to facilities for NG-NUITY to perform agreed services.
4. Limitation of Liability
NG-NUITY will perform services with reasonable care and skill. However, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or issues outside our control.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials, reports, and deliverables created by NG-NUITY remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
7. Amendments
NG-NUITY reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
